1. Scope of the texts

What you read on claviforge.click, and especially the pieces in the guides, is general information from the team at Claviforge B.V. in Amsterdam. It is not legal advice, not a medical opinion and not tax advice. Copyright, neighbouring rights, collective management and the technical rules of streaming services move; we cannot promise that a paragraph still fits your case.

For a rights contract, a fee question or a dispute, speak to a lawyer who works in intellectual property. For vocal strain or hearing trouble, see a doctor or a speech therapist. A factual sketch of rights around a master, not advice, is in mastering and rights.

2. Trade marks

Names of platforms, file formats, programs or manufacturers that appear anywhere on the site are marks of their holders. We use them only to point to a product or a service. That use does not mean a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Where we can, we describe equipment by family (condenser microphone, nearfield monitor) rather than by brand. 3. Illustrations

The photographs were generated with artificial intelligence. They suggest the feel of a studio in Amsterdam; they do not show the exact rooms on Danzigerkade 78, the precise console or real clients. What counts for a booking is the written description: 3 rooms, a live room of 42 m², 2 booths, 18 microphones. You can visit the studio by appointment through contact.

4. Sound levels

Long, loud listening can damage hearing permanently. The studio is not a nightlife venue; we treat public sound limits as a bearing, not a promise. During sessions we work at a moderate level and plan breaks. Say at any moment that it needs to be quieter. Vocal preparation, with no medical claim, is in preparing a vocal session.

5. Rates and availability

The amounts on the services pages are our public prices including 21 % VAT as at 1 October 2026. They are a guide. Only the written quote you accept binds Claviforge B.V., under the terms and conditions. An obvious error in a displayed figure is corrected before you book. Free slots change; ask for the current diary through the form or 020 244 1836.

6. No reviews

This site publishes no client reviews, no star scores and no third-party quotations. We do not invent them either. If we ever do publish reviews, we will say how they were collected and checked.
