2. Director

Questions about this notice, about anything on the site, or about a booking can go to him at [email protected] or 020 244 1836. Studio hours: Tuesday–Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00. 3. Hosting
The site is hosted by:
- Name: TransIP B.V.
- Address: Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands
- Website: www.transip.nl
TransIP B.V. is established in the Netherlands, so the hosting stays in the European Union. Technical logs created when you visit are processed by this host; the privacy policy explains that in more detail.
4. Purpose and access
The site describes how the studio works, which services we offer, what the rates are, and how to reach us. You can send a message through the contact form. There is no user account, no web shop and no payment on the site. A contract is formed only when you accept a written quote and pay the deposit, under the terms and conditions.
Access to the pages is free. We try to keep the site available, but maintenance, a fault at the host or a security incident can interrupt it. Simply reading the pages does not bind you.
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a United States processor. Your name, e-mail, telephone number and message then leave the EEA. That transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The privacy policy sets this out, and so does the data processing agreement if you are a business client who sends us other people’s personal data.
5. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its wording, layout, program code, logo and the name Claviforge are protected by the Dutch Copyright Act. You may not copy, adapt or publish them without our written permission, except where the Act itself allows it — for example a short quotation with a source credit.
Claviforge B.V. reserves its rights against text and data mining of this site, including mining for training AI systems. That reservation follows article 15o of the Dutch Copyright Act and is also machine-readable in /.well-known/tdmrep.json.
Brand names of microphones, software or platforms that appear anywhere on the site remain with their owners. We use them only to identify a product or service, not to imply a partnership. See also the disclaimer.
6. Illustrations
The photographs on this site are illustrations generated with artificial intelligence. They suggest atmosphere; they are not a contractual picture of the rooms, the console or real visitors. What matters for a booking is the written description: 3 rooms, a live room of 42 m², 2 isolation booths, 18 microphones and a desk with 32 channels. You can visit the studio by appointment before you book.
7. Hyperlinks
We link to other sites, for example OpenStreetMap for the route and the site of TransIP B.V.. We do not run those sites; their content and privacy practices are theirs. You may link to claviforge.click provided you do not frame our pages inside another site and do not suggest a collaboration that does not exist.
8. Liability for the site
We check the information and update it. The last editorial update is 1 October 2026. Rates and free slots on the site are a guide; only the written quote binds us. Pieces in the guides are general explanation, not advice; see the disclaimer.
We are not liable for loss caused by an interruption of the site, by malware on a network we do not control, or by following an external link, unless that loss results from intent or wilful recklessness. Mandatory consumer rights stay intact. Liability for studio work is set out in article 14 of the terms.
9. Personal data and cookies
What happens to data you send through the form is described in the privacy policy. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We store your storage choice locally under the key clvf_consent_v1 for 182 days. Explanation and how to change that choice: cookie policy and .
10. Reporting unlawful content
If you spot a mistake, a broken reference or wording you consider unlawful, write to [email protected]. Name the page, describe the problem and — if you want a reply — leave a reachable address. We look at reports within 2 days.
11. Accessibility
How we try to keep the site usable, and where the limits are, is set out in the accessibility statement. Comments on keyboard use, contrast or assistive technology can go to the same address as above.
12. Governing law
Dutch law governs this notice and the use of the site. Disputes about mere use of the website that stay between businesses will be brought by Claviforge B.V. before the District Court of Amsterdam. Consumers keep the venues that the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure and EU law give them. For a studio booking, the forum and the complaints path sit in the terms and conditions.
